8th Pay Commission : Every tenth year, the federal government forms a new pay commission. The central government usually has many adjustments regarding the employees in every new pay commission. Ten years have passed since the effect of the newly implemented seventh pay commission thereby taking the employees highly excited for that eighth commission because they had celebrated much gossip about the implementation of the eighth pay commission. While a big announcement was in place to be made by the Ministry of Finance (8th Pay Commission) on the other side came in with the next-year special something eagerness for the employees to have of the government.
Announcement Can Be Made In The Union Budget

The Central Government constituted Seventh Pay Commission under the order issued on February 28, 2014, and the contents of this order were that the commission would reopen the issue of salary, allowances, and facilities.
